- Fixed a stack overflow when enabling Bluetooth.
- Increased the I2C buffer size to support displays.

593db85378 feat(boards): Add support for nRF5340 DK 
Added overlays to support building for the nRF5340 development kit.

Also added some documentation on how to build and flash ZMK for dual-
chip Bluetooth configurations, with an example for the nRF5340.
